The Gardner is a very savoury Pinot Gris. It is light straw yellow in colour with an alluring bouquet. The wine has a luscious palate with spiced pear and ripe citrus. It is a dry yet weighty wine with a finely textured palate.
Philip Shaw Wines are derived from the Koomooloo vineyard which was planted in 1989 and is one of the highest and coolest in Australia.
