Pink Billy is alluring and vibrant. Not too serious yet never to be underestimated. A saignee is a partial bleed of juice from the fruit. Pink Billy is pale pink salmon. Bright and fresh; a particularly complex dry rose.
Philip Shaw Wines are derived from the Koomooloo vineyard which was planted in 1989 and is one of the highest and coolest in Australia.
